Can I set a custom caller ID?

Yes, we can configure a personalized caller ID name for your number. Once you configure this, anyone you call or text will see this name as the caller ID.

Here are some important points to consider:

  • The name can be a maximum of 15 characters
  • You can't just pick anything. It needs to be associated with you or your business. We will require verification if necessary.
  • You can't use words like "Blocked", "Unavailable", etc.
  • This feature is only supported on a paid plan. If you are on a trial, you'll need to wait until your trial is over.

By the way, not interested in setting a caller name? Not a problem at all. Unless you specifically configure a name as described above, the default caller name remains blank.
